Car running on water?

I’ve heard about fuel cells that run on the energy release when hydrogen and oxygen bind in to water. And where you still need energy up front to split the water into these two components.

But Eduard Povel pointed me to ”'[ Byron New Energy]”’, also using water, but ‘cosmic charged water’, delivering [ perpetual motion] that may well solve our hunger for energy.

Interesting. Will dive into it.

Holotropic—moving toward wholeness

From DK Matal: The key findings of Quantum Physics point towards Holistic Quantum Relativity and the Holotropic State, especially:
*Dr David Bohm’s work about the universe being made up of an “interconnected unbroken wholeness”;
*The Non-Locality phenomena, ie, Bell’s Theorem; and
*The ‘Observer Effect’ implying that consciousness underlies all reality.

Points 1, 2 and 3—taken together—have striking parallels with the timeless spiritual concepts that all reality is the manifestation of an Infinite Singularity—Creative Principle—which we may choose to name Self-Designing Source, Supra-Universal Consciousness, Divine Principle or God. This demonstrates that Quantum Physics is moving the boundaries of our thinking towards the Holotropic State. Holotropic means “moving toward wholeness.” [Origin: Greek “Holos” = whole and “Trepein” = moving in the direction of]

Linking scientific paradigms

From Slashdot:

Here is a giant chart mapping relationships among scientific paradigms, as published in the journal Nature.

Interesting to see the void between the soft human/social (red) and hard, materialistic scientific (blue) science scapes being bridged by computer and earth sciences. Wonder what will fill that void and when. Want to see the map extended to philosophy, religion and spirtuality as well.

Stephen Hawking Says Universe Created from Nothing

Stephen Hawking Says Universe Created from Nothing: “mr_3ntropy writes ‘Speaking to a sold out crowd at the Berkeley Physics Oppenheimer Lecture, Hawking said yesterday that he now believes ”’the universe spontaneously popped into existence from nothing”’. He said more work is needed to prove this but we have time because ””Eternity is a very long time, especially towards the end.”” There is also a Webcast available (Realplayer or Real Alternative required).’

Fundamental Research of Matter -> Fields

multimodefiber-farfield.jpgTook my daughter Tamar to the FOM Institute for Plasma Physics ‘Rijnhuizen’ for a school excursion. FOM is one of the research institutes of the Foundation for Fundamental Research on Matter.

I was welcomed by Amy Shumack (native Australian and excellent Dutch tongue) and I asked her what matter actually is. So we talked about extremely compressed energy and Einstein’s famous E=mc2, relating one to the other.

Amy told me that they’re building a huge nuclear fusion plant—ITER—in France for tests. Current yield of nuclear fusion is about 0.6. Amy is confident that one day we’ll have abundant and clean energy from nuclear fusion processes.

Wondered if there is any Fundamental Research on Fields (like the Akashic and Zero Point Field), she referred me to Eric Eliel and G. Nienhuis at the Quantum Optics and Quantum Information group at Leiden University.

Can’t wait to get in touch with them and open a dialog on topics like the A-field and quantum computing.
